Very rare piece of Historical Emergancy Kit that was to be used in the aftermath of a Nuclear, Biological or Chemical Warfare attack, and was designed to contain and control any contamination.
Velcro fastening down one side, small see through panel on the top side and waterproof on the underside, in fact these would actually make a decent solo ground sheet..
Condition Grade One Unissued and Unused..
